Tia turned the lights off and made her way outside as the children slept. The night was still except for the barking of a dog in the distance. She took a seat on the step and looked up at the stars trying to remember the last time she was truly happy. Tia laid next to Edwin blissfully contented as her husband stroked her back and shoulders. "Baby I just want you to know I love you , and miss you so much" said Edwin. "So if you love me why did you leave me?" she asked. "I thought I could live without you, but I cant I want you back."  "Look I am sorry Edwin I cant be hurt again." Edwin's touch deepened and his strokes became bolder and more intense, he began to play his wife like a fine tuned instrument. As the flames ignited in the core of Tia's body she lost all resolve. Two hours later Edwin got his wish he would be moving back in with his wife and children.
