My head is filled
with thoughts of you
can't change the things
that we've been through.
It's sad and lonely
not expressing the love
holding it back
when push comes to shove.
Maybe one day
things can be right
my heart is confused
and losing the fight.
Knowing deep down
it will never be
but my head refuses
it just doesn't see.

To feel my body's heat
And my lips kissing you light.
I wish that you could hear
My softly whispered song,
To lull you into sleep
For it's here that we belong.

All you need to hear,
As I tell you of my love
Whispered soft against your ear.
And you could feel my breath
Warm against your skin,
As I let my presence beg you

As I swing all alone
the breeze in my hair
I see a broad meadow
the grass has no care
It sways like the sea
in a rugged fierce storm
but the sun shines it's love
to the heart that has torn.
I stand on my swing
in the center of all
the green waves are splashing
but I stand high and tall
I sing through the grass
and it carries my song
to the heart that I love
to the dreams which I long
Then out in the distance
my call is returned
my mind is spun 'round
for I've got what I yearned
As two swing alone
the breeze in their hair
they sit in the meadow
and neither have a care....
